30-Minute Chair Massage (Accessible Option): This focused, seated massage is performed in a supportive, ergonomic massage chair and is designed for clients who prefer not to lie on a massage table or have limited mobility. The session targets high-tension areas such as the neck, shoulders, upper back, and arms, and can be adapted based on your needs and comfort. This is a great option for: Clients using mobility aids (e.g., wheelchair, walker) Individuals experiencing dizziness, vertigo, or balance issues Situations where quick, effective relief is needed Gentle, accessible treatment in a shorter timeframe Treatment is performed over clothing, or with modifications as needed. Accessibility & Consent: If you experience any accessibility barriers or need help completing your health history form, please let me know — we can review it together in person. All information is handled in accordance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA, 2004) and CMTO Standards of Practice. Verbal informed consent will be obtained prior to treatment and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
