Initial 75-Minute Massage Therapy Session - Comprehensive Assessment & Treatment for first time bookings This extended first visit provides time for a comprehensive health history, orthopedic assessment, and personalized hands-on treatment tailored to your individual needs. We’ll discuss your goals, current concerns, and any relevant medical or lifestyle factors that may influence your musculoskeletal health. Your session includes: A detailed intake and clinical assessment (as appropriate) Targeted, therapeutic massage treatment Education or home-care strategies (as appropriate) Ideal for: First-time patients or those new to massage therapy Complex or multiple areas of concern (e.g., pain, postural tension, injury recovery, post-surgical care) Those seeking a thorough and relaxed start to their treatment plan This appointment ensures we have adequate time to establish a strong foundation for your care, build rapport, and plan your ongoing treatment.
