30-Minute Massage Therapy Session - Targeted or Maintenance Care A concise treatment suitable for localized tension, minor concerns, or maintenance care between longer appointments. Your session includes: Focused hands-on therapy for a specific area of concern Reassessment and home-care guidance as appropriate Ideal for: Addressing small or localized regions (e.g., neck, shoulders, forearms) Follow-ups or acute symptom flare-ups Maintenance between comprehensive sessions Accessibility & Consent: If you experience any accessibility barriers or need help completing your health history form, please let me know — we can review it together in person. All information is handled in accordance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA, 2004) and CMTO Standards of Practice.
