This treatment combines therapeutic massage and hydrotherapy using hot towels to enhance circulation, tissue pliability, and overall comfort. The application of deep, moist heat helps soften muscles, ease tension, and prepare the body for more effective manual therapy.

Hot towels may help with:

Chronic muscular stiffness or restricted mobility

Each application is adjusted to your comfort and safety.
Towels are laundered daily and handled in accordance with CMTO Standards of Practice and Public Health Ontario (PHO) infection prevention and control guidelines.
This technique is provided within the scope of massage therapy as part of an evidence-informed hydrotherapy approach.
