Initial 90-Minute Pelvic Floor Massage Therapy:

This focused, 90-minute assessment and treatment addresses tension, discomfort, or dysfunction in the external pelvic and hip regions, including the lower back, glutes, abdomen, and inner thighs. These muscles often contribute to issues such as:

Pelvic pain or tightness

Hip or low back discomfort

Urinary urgency or frequency

Postural imbalances

Scarring or fascial restriction (e.g., from C-section, hysterectomy)

Treatment is external only, and may include myofascial release, gentle trigger point therapy, diaphragmatic breathing, and scar tissue work as appropriate. Education and homecare strategies may also be provided.

This session is ideal for clients who are:

Managing chronic pelvic tension or discomfort

Recovering postpartum or post-surgery 

Seeking non-invasive, external support for pelvic wellness
