45-Minute Chair Massage (Accessible Option):

A longer, more thorough version of the accessible chair massage. This session provides extra time to address areas of tension in the upper body, or to move slowly and gently for clients with sensitive systems or complex conditions.

Includes work on:

Neck, scalp, shoulders, upper and lower back

Arms and hands

Gentle mobility or breathing-focused techniques, as appropriate

Ideal for clients with chronic conditions, postural tension, or physical limitations that make traditional table massage less suitable.

Note: Chair massage is fully clothed and adapted to each individual's comfort and mobility level.
