75-Minute Initial RMT Session:

This extended first visit is designed to provide the time needed for a comprehensive health history intake, orthopedic assessment, and thorough hands-on treatment, tailored to your individual needs. We’ll discuss your goals, current concerns, and any relevant medical or lifestyle factors affecting your musculoskeletal health.

The session includes time for:

A detailed intake and clinical assessment (as appropriate)

Targeted, therapeutic massage treatment

Education or homecare suggestions (as appropriate)


Ideal for:

First-time patients or people new to massage therapy

New, complex or multiple areas of concern (e.g., pain, postural tension, post-surgical recovery, injuries, etc.)

Those seeking a complete and relaxed start to their massage therapy care

This appointment ensures we have adequate time to establish a strong foundation for your treatment plan.
