60-Minute Massage Therapy Session - Standard Therapeutic Treatment

A focused one-hour session that provides time for assessment and treatment of one or two key areas, or a balanced full-body approach.

Your session includes:

Brief intake and clinical assessment

Targeted therapeutic massage techniques (Swedish, fascial, trigger point, stretching, or hydrotherapy)

Education or home-care recommendations

Ideal for:

Individuals seeking regular therapeutic care for pain, tension, or postural concerns

Ongoing treatment and functional maintenance

Balanced sessions combining focused and general work
