Please check your email/junkmail for correspondance after you book. You should recieve confirmation of appointment/cancellations, health history forms to fill out annually, parking instructions and appointment reminders.

Online booking is not available within 3 hours of a booking time. If you are looking for a last minute appointment, please text 807.707.3134 and I will do my best to accommodate you.
